Paediatric Camp December 2006
Haven supporters, through their contacts, secure the services of UK based consultant paediatrician, Dr. Bimal Bhaduri.
Dr. Bhadhuri kindly 
volunteered his services for the paediatric camp held at the community centre in December 2006. During the period 17th-18th December 2006, UK based consultant, Bimal Bhaduri, carried out a comprehensive paediatric camp during which he personally examined 125 children. With his expertise he was quickly able to diagnose and advise on treatment and prevention. Out of the 125, he isolated 4 critical cases which will require further investigation and treatment. These children and their parents will have to travel to Kolkata for the necessary tests and treatment to be carried out. Haven/MBCF will use their contingency fund to sponsor all 4 cases.
