Standard Chartered Bank come on board with their valuable “Seeing Is Believing” programme.

The Eye camp held at our community centre in January 2006, through a programme with Standard Chartered Bank, had 100% success rate in restoring sight to all of the 80 patients seen.

One case involving an eight year old boy was referred for further treatment and Haven has sponsored this case so that no costs are incurred by the child’s family.

All surgical procedures are now complete and the little boy, with fully restored eyesight, is now living life to the full.
